1. All seals must be soaked in oil before assembly.

2. When assembling rolling bearings, oil heating is allowed, and the oil temperature should not exceed 100°C.

3. After the gear is assembled, the tooth surface contact points and backlash should comply with the requirements of GB10095 and GB11365.

4. When assembling the hydraulic system, the use of filler or sealant is allowed, but it should be prevented from entering the system.

5. Parts entering assembly (including purchased parts and outsourced parts) must have certificates from the inspection department before they can be assembled.

6. Parts must be cleaned before assembly. There must be no burrs, flash, scale, rust, chips, oil, colorants and dust.

7. Before assembly, recheck the main fitting dimensions of the components, especially the interference fit dimensions and related accuracy.

8. Parts are not allowed to be knocked, collided, scratched or rusted during the assembly process.

9. When tightening screws, bolts, and nuts, it is strictly prohibited to knock or use inappropriate screwdrivers or wrenches. After tightening, the screw grooves, nuts, screws, and bolt heads must not be damaged.

10. Fasteners with specified tightening torque must be tightened with a torque wrench and tightened according to the specified tightening torque.

11. When the same part is fastened with multiple screws (bolts), each screw (bolt) must be tightened crosswise, symmetrically, gradually, and evenly.

12. When assembling tapered pins, the holes should be painted and inspected. The contact rate should not be less than 60% of the mating length and should be evenly distributed.

13. The flat key and both sides of the keyway on the shaft should be in uniform contact, and there should be no gap between the mating surfaces.

14. The number of tooth surfaces in contact with the spline components at the same time shall not be less than 2/3, and the key length and high direction contact rate shall not be less than 50% of the teeth.

15. After the sliding-fit flat key (or spline) is assembled, the relevant parts can move freely without uneven tightness.

16. After bonding, excess adhesive should be removed.

17. The semicircular hole of the bearing outer ring, the open bearing seat and the bearing cover are not allowed to get stuck.

18. The outer ring of the bearing should be in good contact with the semicircular hole of the open bearing seat and bearing cover. When checking with coloring, the bearing seat should be symmetrical at 120° with the center line, and the bearing cover should be within 90° symmetry with the center line. Even contact. When checking with a feeler gauge within the above range, the 0.03mm feeler gauge shall not be inserted into 1/3 of the width of the outer ring.

19. After assembly, the outer ring of the bearing should evenly contact the end face of the bearing cap at the positioning end.

20. After the rolling bearing is installed, it should be flexible and stable when rotated by hand.

21. The joint surfaces of the upper and lower bearing bushes should be in close contact and cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge.

22. When fixing the bearing bush with positioning pins, drill the reaming pin and distribution pin, and ensure that the opening and closing surfaces and end faces of the bearing bush surface are flush with the end faces of the relevant bearing holes. Do not release the pin after driving in.

23. The bearing body and bearing seat of the outer spherical bearing should be in uniform contact, and the contact degree should not be less than 70% when inspected by the coloring method.

24. The alloy bearing lining is not allowed to be used when its surface is yellow. Nucleation is not allowed within the specified contact angle. The nucleation area outside the contact angle shall not exceed 10% of the total area of the bearing lining. No contact zone.

25. The reference end face of the gear (worm gear) and the shaft shoulder (or the end face of the positioning sleeve) should fit together, and cannot be checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. And the perpendicularity requirement between the gear reference end face and the axis should be ensured.

26. The joint surface of the gear box and cover should be in good contact.

27. Before assembly, strictly check and remove any sharp corners, burrs and foreign matter remaining during the processing of parts. Make sure the seal is not scratched during installation.
