Coating requirements
1. The surface of all steel parts that need to be painted must be removed from rust, scale, grease, dust, soil, salt and dirt before painting.
2. Before rust removal, use organic solvents, alkali solutions, emulsifiers, steam, etc. to remove grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts.
3. The time interval between shot blasting or manual rust removal and primer application on the surface to be coated should not be greater than 6 hours.
4. The surfaces in contact with each other of riveted parts must be painted with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 30-40 μm before connection. Overlap edges should be sealed with paint, putty or adhesive. Primer damaged by machining or welding must be repainted.
Plumbing requirements
1. Before assembly, all pipe ends should be free of flash, burrs and chamfers. Use compressed air or other methods to remove debris and rust attached to the inner wall of the pipe.
2. All steel pipes (including prefabricated pipes) must be degreased, pickled, neutralized, washed and rust-proofed before assembly.
3. During assembly, pipe clamps, brackets, flanges, and joints should be tightened to prevent loosening.
4. The welded parts of prefabricated pipes must be pressure tested.
5. When replacing or transferring pipes, the separation opening of the pipe must be sealed with tape or plastic tube to prevent debris from entering, and the pipe must be labeled.
